Bell’s original blended scotch whisky comes from one of the crucial finest malt whiskies in Scotland – from the fresh, sweet malts of Speyside to the smoky sea salt of the Islands – all matured in decided on oak casks for a richer flavour. The malt on the heart of the Bell’s blend is wealthy, spiced and nutty and comes from our home, the Blair Athol distillery.It is dark amber in colour and Relatively soft and gentle with rounded body. It has malted barley and hints of cut herbs and a fresh floral note, cereal and grist with somewhat honey. Relatively smooth, medium body, barley and cereals with nut oils, hints of wood and spice on palate. Short with notes of fruitcake and smoke finish. It is ideal neat and just right over ice. Try it with cola or a dash of soda to bring out its wealthy, nutty overtones. It is matured in decided on oak casks for a richer flavour. Distilled, blended and bottled in Scotland. It comprises 40% alcohol by volume. It is shelf life is 999 days.
