It is very important dipping sauce for Spring rolls, Prawn crackers, Thai fish cakes. It may be use in stir fries, salad dressings and marinades or stir into mash.

Ingredients

Water, Red Chillies (20%), Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Ground Garlic (6%), Pickled Garlic (5%) [Garlic, Water, Salt, Acid (Acetic Acid)], Modified Tapioca Starch, Acid (Acetic Acid), Salt

Directions

Pour over chicken, sausages or salmon and bake within the oven till cooked through and sticky!
